30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days for any reason and without justification. The return period begins on the day you receive the order.
The return request is considered submitted once the customer has contacted our customer service regarding the return.
If our customer service experiences a high volume of inquiries, please do not worry if you do not receive an immediate response. Your return request will still be considered valid based on the time you contacted us.
Once the return has been approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all accessories, parts, and documentation
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or partially installed may not be eligible for return. Automotive accessories that show clear signs of installation or use may be subject to a reduced refund or may not be accepted as returns.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return shipping fee is:
- €9.95 in Finland
- €14.95 within the EU (excluding Spain)
- €19.95 from Spain
The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. In some cases we may also provide a return shipping label.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If the item is defective, damaged during transport, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Photos of the issue may be requested in order to process the claim.
Cosmetic Marks on Heater Housing
Our heaters use an aluminium housing, which may occasionally show small cosmetic scratches or marks. These may occur during the manufacturing, packing, or transportation process.
These marks are purely cosmetic and do not affect the functionality or performance of the heater.
Because this product is an automotive accessory, minor cosmetic marks on the housing are considered normal and do not qualify for a free replacement.
If you prefer to exchange the product for cosmetic reasons, this can be arranged at the cost of shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is not collected, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, the return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, additional shipping costs may apply.
