Nordkapp Heaters – Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Period

Nordkapp Air heaters are covered by a limited warranty starting from the date the customer has received the heater:

  • Spain: 3 years
  • All other countries: 2 years

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid with proof of purchase.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use of the heater during the warranty period.

If a fault occurs, Nordkapp will assist with diagnosis, provide replacement spare parts if required, or provide a replacement heater if the issue cannot be reasonably resolved.

3. Diagnostic Process

Customers are required to cooperate in the diagnostic process and provide requested information such as photos, videos, error codes, or installation details.

4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, modifications, normal wear and tear, contaminated fuel, vehicle electrical faults, or external damage.

5. Installation Responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring correct installation according to the instructions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The warranty covers the heater and spare parts only and does not include installation costs, downtime, or indirect damages.

7. Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, contact Nordkapp support with proof of purchase and diagnostic information.

8. Governing Law

This warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights under applicable local laws.
