The heater arrived very shortly (5 days) after ordening. The heater itself feels very solid. The manual is very clear and we had one question which was answered very shortly after mailing. The installation is solid also. (connected to the van’s fuel tank).
We did have 2 different errors, but both because of logical things. 1) the fuel tank was to empty. 2) the power of the accu has a peak at the start, when starting it a few times in a row it didn’t work. But I took the fridge of for a minute and started it again that worked perfectly.
The timer function is very nice ;-).
We are very happy with it and the service by mail.

Hi, bought my one in 2024, had a small problem with the Bluetooth connectivity, got that replaced immediately . A few days ago, after long term not having it used I tried to start the heater. Only white smoke - contacted the customer service - and again what a great service I got a replacement. Work great , thanks!

Installation was easy.
On operation there were some initial hurdles that had to be resolved together with your Service team. On your homepage you do not have the latest and complete documentation available as well as the wrong Android App mentioned.
Thanks to your Service Team that really reacted fast, the heater is now working fine and to my full satisfaction.
With sound absorbers installed in the Air Input and Output path the heater is hardly audible.
Fuel consumption is very low either.
Over all I am very satisfied with your product and installing the Nordkapp Air Heater was a good decision taken on my route to a Gas-free Motorhome.
