Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders.

We currently operate warehouses in Poland, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Finland. Orders containing products that are available in stock are typically shipped quickly.

Estimated delivery times are usually:

  • 1–3 business days to many European countries
  • 2–5 business days to some destinations

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and possible logistical delays.

We always aim to ship orders from the nearest available warehouse to ensure the fastest possible delivery. However, if a product is temporarily out of stock in a specific warehouse, the order may be shipped from another warehouse. In such cases, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will typically receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.

Pre-Orders

Occasionally, if a product is temporarily out of stock, we may offer the product as a pre-order.

Pre-orders are always clearly indicated on the product page and in several locations during the purchase process.

If you need a heater quickly, please ensure that the product is not listed as a pre-order or check the estimated arrival time shown on the product page.

The estimated arrival time for pre-orders refers to the expected arrival of the product to our warehouse, not the final delivery date to the customer.

Pre-order delivery estimates are based on information provided by the manufacturer and shipping companies. These are estimated timelines only and we cannot guarantee their exact accuracy.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and provide photos of the damage if available.

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team so we can investigate the shipment.

We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Changes to Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to update the shipping details. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to modify the shipping address.

Unclaimed or Refused Shipments

If a shipment is not collected, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the delivery, the return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from the refund.

If the customer wishes to have the order shipped again, additional shipping costs may apply.

Installation Responsibility

The heater is an automotive accessory intended for installation in a vehicle.

Installation must be carried out carefully and according to the provided instructions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the product is installed correctly and safely.

We recommend installation by a qualified professional if you are unsure about the installation process.

We cannot be responsible for issues, damages, or malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, improper use, or modifications to the product.
