Nicht nur die Heizung selbst ist perfekt, sondern auch der wirklich gute Service zu dem Produkt. Auf jeden Fall werden die technischen Fragen sehr schnell und kompetent behandelt. Es gibt für jeden sicherlich eine andere Einbausituation, von daher ist es manchmal Notwendig das Projekt genau zu planen, und eventuell weitere Komponenten dazu zu kaufen. Die Bedienungsanleitung ist nur eine kurze Hilfestellung, manche Fragen können nur mit dem Service beantwortet werden.
Das Produkt selbst gehört zu den besten am Markt... von daher kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen.

Embalaje perfecto, se ve bastante robusto, esperaré a montarlo para comentar algo más… tengo que esperar por la protección para instalarlo en los bajos del furgón.

Ordered a heater and it hasn’t arrived, tried to contact Nordkapp and left a message on their Chat no had no reply not impressed with the customer service at all, I can only review if I actually had the product, I’ll give it another week then I’ll have to request a refund wish me luck!

Our first one started to make funny noise. After sending an email we received a new heater within a couple of days. No payment’s whatsoever. Our new one is perfect.
This is what you call the best after sale service! Not only words but action.
Now sitting in our boat. Outside freezing, inside a cosy 24 degrees C. Surely we made a good choice!

Delivery from Finland to UK was as planned. My only issue is that the installation instructions are a bit vague!
Fortunately, the internet is a great source of information.

Heater is great.
Customer service is very poor. I am a campervan business owner and now exclusively fit Nordkapp heaters. Getting in touch with your team regarding orders is dreadful. Sometimes wait two days before a reply and there is always at least a a day between replies. This makes it very difficult to work with Nordkapp and plan installations. Having to use the general contact email for business is just not working.
Unless this changes to having a direct contact, unfortunately I may have to change supplier for my diesel heaters

Fungerer helt suverent. Hører knapt tikking fra pumpen.

Funktioniert einwandfrei und das obwohl ich die Leitung bis zum Kraftstofftank auf 6m Gesamtlänge verlängert habe. Die Standheizung ist hochwertig verarbeitet und hat eine ECE Zulassung was mir wichtig war. Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
