Our Black Friday pre-order campaign far exceeded expectations – but unfortunately, so did the strain on our logistics. Units sold as pre-orders, and global supply chain issues, including sanctions, caused delivery delays of several months.

This wasn’t just frustrating for our customers. For us as a company, it was a logistical disaster and a reputational setback we take seriously. Even though the situation was largely out of our hands, the outcome was unacceptable — and we’ve made significant changes.

🔧 What’s been improved:

  • ✅ Products are now back in stock, ready for fast delivery

  • ✅ We currently ship from our Finnish warehouse – 1–10 business days within Europe depending on the country

  • ✅ During summer 2025, we are opening new local warehouses in Spain, Germany, and the UK to further improve delivery speed

  • ✅ After that, we’re committed to keeping stock levels strong moving forward

  • ✅ Customer service has been expanded and communication improved

  • ✅ Instruction manuals are being updated with clearer, more detailed step-by-step guidance – they’ll be available soon in multiple languages

  • 🛠️ A list of authorized service centers across Europe will soon be published on our website
